What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to cancel an Event Ticket, get in touch with us, we will try to send you a refund after cancelling the tickets. There may be a small administration fee to cover the payment method charges.
How long does shipping take?
Event tickets should arrive to your email instantaneously. If you dont get it within 24 hours, please get in touch with us, and we will send an email again.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
